The glass is of very good quality. Gives very premium look. The parcel was very well wrapped and packed to avoid any breakage. Must buy product in this price range!
There are two glasses but one of them the lead is broken and quality is ok ok in 296 for temporary you should buy it .

The glass itself is really beautiful and thick. The size is perfect around 450ml I guess. The straw it comes with is a little small and the cap is definietly made of thin plastic so will have to be carefull while opening. The glass is completely air tight so thats a plus point. I think everyone should go for it for this pricepoint.

This is my second purchase…first one fell from 4m height. Glass is very tough and sturdy though…and you get what is shown in the picture. Note: open package carefully on soft surface as straw is loosely kept in package. Overall: 5/5 Keep up the quality and you will get loads of happy customers

Dabbe me jo bana hai waisa toh bilkul bhi nahi hai. Ye mera replacement product hai, uske bawjood bhi defect saman bheja. Dhakkan iska itna loose hai . Saari coffee spill ho jati hai.
The delivery agent refused to come to my location, despite the fact that our building is located on the main road and all other agents from various logistics partners have always delivered directly to our doorstep without any issues. Instead, he asked me to come to his location, and when I reached there, he wasn’t present. He then directed me to yet another spot. I went there as well, but he continued attending to other customers over phone calls while I stood on the road waiting for my parcels. When I expressed that he should have come to my location and now was causing unnecessary delay, he responded rudely, saying things like: It seems you are ordering for the first time. This is how I attend customers. If you have so many problems, don't take your parcels and go. He had four parcels for me, out of which he handed over only two initially and continued to attend calls. When I again questioned the delay, he repeated the same rude remarks in a loud and aggressive tone, causing a scene in public. When I mentioned I would raise a complaint, he arrogantly said -- Go and complain if you want. They won’t do anything. I don’t go to everyone's building, they come to where I stand. This is not only unacceptable but also disrespectful. I’ve never faced such behavior from any delivery personnel before. Most logistics partners, including your usual agents are professional. This incident has left me disturbed and reluctant to place further orders from Billionairekart. I urge you to take strict action against this agent and ensure that your delivery partners are trained to handle customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.
