I ordered mop heads. Delivery agents are reaching always at wrong time., they dont help or co operate.They blame me. They behave rudely over the phone. I ordered mopping head. I got this itching stick. It is total fraud by Billionairekart. I will next complain to Kreta suraksha, govt, against this fraud company, if my issue is not resolved. Update on 14 th oct. Finally I received my order yesterday after a harrasment of around two weeks. Now the mopping heads came. The wrong item had already been picked up on an earlier date. Yet now the delivery man demanded the return item. After confirming through the exchange details, he complied. Overall a stressful experience with Billionairekart..
